Qualified Tutoring
The Scholars Advantage:
- Scholars helps clients learn and review challenging concepts in a small-group setting. Clients are able to pose questions, which increases comprehension.
- Scholars instructors assist clients in reviewing assignments prior to submission to ensure completion and accuracy.
- Instructors help clients keep track of course progress, which is reported to the case manager on a monthly basis.
- Scholars Instructors possess either a B.of Ed or a degree in the subject matter required by the client. All Instructors are trained in working with adult clientele.
- Scholars helps clients transition into post-secondary programming. Scholars also help clients learn to stay on track with course requirements for their post-secondary programs.
- Scholars provides a comfortable work environment for clients, which serves as a space for clients to study with the aid of an instructor.
Program Duration:
- 2-4 hours per week recommended per course depending on student needs
Methodology:
With the guidance of an instructor, clients review course concepts, assignments, and exam material. Our instructors provide clients with individualized review of key concepts, which increases client confidence and success rates. Clients review course dates and plan accordingly with the assistance of an instructor.
