Scholars provides our students with quality individualized programming. We have “scholarized” our programs to ensure that each student’s needs are addressed within the timelines provided and to ensure student success. This process also ensures that all students are prepared for both workplace and educational environments. All Scholars educators have completed specialized training and are professional and flexible to accommodate a broad range of student capabilities.
We have ensured that 100% of our clientele have completed their programs on target. Each time we have had a student behind target, our efforts have brought them back on track; in fact, 95% of the make-up hours are completed within the same month they are missed with 98% of the make-up hours are completed within two months. We utilize new industry reports that provide a snapshot of the client’s program and allow you to measure progress, attendance and whether or not the client is keeping to target. We maintain a satisfaction rate of 95% with all our clients, and Scholars students are recognized by employers and post-secondary institutions for their high standards of training and education.
